Who we are
Our partnership began in the heart of Boston, where we set out to strengthen community health at one of the country’s premier healthcare institutions. What we discovered is that success happens when big picture vision meets boots-on-the-ground tactics and strategic communications. Whether it's strategic planning, drafting internal policies, crafting compelling annual reports, or writing award-winning proposals, clear and inclusive messaging keeps the mission in focus and the people connected.
Leslie Aldrich, MPH, is a seasoned public health strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading cross sector initiatives at Mass General Brigham/Massachusetts General Hospital that address the root causes of health inequities. She brings deep expertise in designing and implementing programs that tackle the social drivers of health, like housing, education, and economic opportunity while helping mission-driven organizations align strategy, systems, and partnerships for lasting impact.
Before co-founding Aldrich Tobin Partners, Leslie held senior leadership roles at Mass General Brigham and Massachusetts General Hospital, where she led award winning community health planning efforts, strategy, and historic community investments that shaped regional and statewide initiatives. She’s known for her ability to move big ideas into action through inclusive planning, operational know how, and a collaborative, no nonsense approach that gets things done.
Leslie is passionate about helping organizations bridge vision and implementation. Whether it’s building coalitions, designing equitable funding strategies, or strengthening organizational capacity, she brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex efforts. Her work is grounded in the belief that the people closest to the problem, and who also bring valuable strengths, are closest to the solution and improved outcomes, and she partners with clients to lift those voices and drive meaningful change.
