Lynne Brady Wagner, MA, is a strategic healthcare leader and educator with nearly three decades of experience advancing clinical excellence, health equity, and organizational change at one of the nation’s leading rehabilitation and academic health systems. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in disability equity and inclusive care models and for her ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that drive lasting, systemic change.
Lynne brings deep operational knowledge and content expertise to her consulting work. She began her career as a speech-language pathologist in Chicago, grounded in a belief in the dignity of care and the power of communication. A fellowship in clinical medical ethics deepened her patient-centered approach and continues to inform her leadership and strategic thinking.
Throughout her 28 years at Spaulding Rehabilitation and Mass General Brigham, Lynne was repeatedly tapped to lead new initiatives and serve as the inaugural leader in emerging roles, from launching stroke recovery programs to transitioning hospital operations into a state-of-the-art facility. She served as Chief Learning and Diversity Officer at Spaulding and later as Health Equity Director and systemwide Disability Equity Lead for Mass General Brigham.
Lynne’s strength lies in building trusted relationships across levels, from frontline teams to senior executives, and aligning people around a shared vision. She has a unique ability to find mutual value in partnerships to create sustainable, high-impact strategies. Among her most recent accomplishments was leading a comprehensive disability-competency care assessment across 12 hospitals resulting in the delivery of customized training and point-of-care tools to over 80,000 workforce members.

Theresa Alphonse, MPH, is a public health strategist, equity practitioner, and systems thinker with over a decade of experience designing and implementing initiatives that center community voice, advance racial and health equity, and strengthen organizational capacity. With a background spanning hospital systems, philanthropic collaboratives, and city public health initiatives, she brings a sharp strategic lens and grounded, collaborative approach to her work.
As the founder of Driving Equity Consulting, Theresa has partnered with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and multi-entity organizations to operationalize equity across strategy, operations, and culture. Her areas of expertise include maternal and child health, trauma-informed care, Medicaid delivery reform, and the design of community-driven policy initiatives. Known for her ability to move between big-picture strategy and implementation, she supports organizations in clarifying vision, aligning people and processes, and building sustainable infrastructure for equity-centered impact.
Theresa has led multi-stakeholder planning efforts, developed training and evaluation frameworks, and helped secure and deploy funding for programs rooted in organizing, justice and healing. Her work with the Boston Public Health Commission, Harlem Children's Zone and regional health systems has shaped local and statewide strategies for community health investment and racial equity in care delivery. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health at Emory University with a concentration in Evaluation and Implementation Science, deepening her focus on evidence-informed change and systems accountability.
